Renewal pricing

The renewal price is shown next to the initial price everywhere a price appears: on the plan card, on the product page, in the cart, at checkout and on the order. Where they differ, both figures are visible without opening a tooltip.

Invoices

• An invoice is issued when a charge is taken, not when an order is created.
• A draft order summary is never labelled as a tax invoice.
• Invoices list the seller, the customer, the items, the tax treatment and the total.

Cancelling

Turning off auto-renew stops the next charge and leaves the service running to the end of the paid period. Terminating a service ends it immediately and deletes its data. The cancellation flow states which one you are choosing and what it costs.
